Modern 3D design flow

The SolidWorks3D Professional environment together with PDM Professional enables convenient and quick design and efficient definition of individual construction assemblies together with the necessary machining operations. Collaboration between the designing team members is facilitated by the benefits of a PDM system that enables version control of design files and full archiving. The standard is the 3D visualization of machine and line designs. We also have a 3D printer for prototyping mechanical elements. EPLAN tools are used for designing electrical and pneumatic systems.

Machining park

A well-organized machine park guarantees that machine components can be created in one place. Thanks to this, we optimize the time of application execution by quick response to changes and immediate availability of spare parts. In addition, it guarantees the performance of even the most complex and unusual construction and transport elements. The entire process takes place under the strict supervision of designers, with the possibility of modification and necessary changes at every stage of production.

Our machine park comprises of modern CNC centers (8 pcs), conventional machining centers (9 pcs), lathes (9 pcs) and grinders (6 pcs). This allows us to make even the smallest elements (components and spare parts) in-house, both for the needs of production and the availability of spare parts.
